As a diving team leader you are responsible for a team of 2 divers (3 in total). You have the necessary legal certificates and have several years of experience as a diving team leader. You will mainly work in the Belgian port infrastructure sector and you may also participate in international projects (mainly West Africa).
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Performing diving works and other tasks as specified by the supervisor.
- Make sure the personal diving equipment is working properly and is suitable for the planned diving job
- Possibility of identifying and reporting hardware failures, other potential hazards, hazards or accidents.
- Finish a project from A to Z.
- Manage your team in a positive way.
- Prepare to work during the weekend and at night

Type of job: Full time
Place of employment: Your first months will work in Belgium. Afterwards you can participate in international projects if you wish.
Labor contract: The contract will first be of a certain duration to evolve to an indefinite period if the candidate complies.
